$16-$22 per hour, based on experience. Full-Time, W-2.

Primary Duties

  • Assist with utility connections
  • Check grade as directed
  • Broom and shovel work as needed
  • Construction site cleanup
  • Assist equipment operators and other crew members
  • Perform general site and construction labor
  • Work outdoors in varying conditions

Equipment Operator

$25-$30 per hour, based on experience. Full-Time, W-2.

Requirements

  • Proficient operating a mini-excavator
  • Proficient operating a skid steer
  • Class A CDL required, or ability to obtain a Class A CDL within 90 days of hire
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently on residential construction sites

Requirements

  • Must have own tools
  • Interior and exterior finish work
  • Mobile home skirting installation
  • Exterior siding installation
  • Storm door installation
  • Stair/deck assembly
  • Ability to perform quality finish work independently and as part of a crew
